  • Stylist levels are based on two things: experience and current demand. A level 1 stylist is the first level on the floor after the associate program.

  • For products we like to have returns made within two weeks of purchase, for a service redo please contact the salon for further assistance.

  • Adding your credit card through our booking software protects our cancellation and no show policy. You can read more about that here.
